Breeds That Get Cystinuria
In an extensive search of the veterinary literature, as well as years of personal correspondence with dog owners, veterinarians, researchers, and breeders, these are the breeds I have seen referenced as getting cystinuria. This is not a complete list, as there are mentions of over 60 dog breeds being prone to this condition. If you have a dog whose breed is not on this list who has been diagnosed with cystinuria, or know of a citation in the literature referencing another breed, please contact me with that information.
